I understand the challenges of pursuing the life of your dreams while keeping everything else in balance.   My coaching style focuses on what is already working in your life, identifying your inherent gifts and strengths, and making them stronger.   It’s from this place of positive power that you can make positive changes.

My goal is to help you be your best and my only agenda is your success, however you define success.   I will remind you of your goals, values and priorities if I sense you are drifting from them.   I will challenge you when you need a nudge, support you when you need an ally, and be right there to celebrate your successes.

The Coaching Process:

Even though every client is different, our coaching calls will encompass the following process:

  • First, I will help you to clarify your vision and goals.  If you’re not quite sure what you want to focus on, I have tools and resources to help you figure it out.
  • Next, we’ll uncover anything that is currently holding you back.  By clearly identifying your concerns, fears and obstacles, we can develop strategies to deal with them.
  • Then, we will break your goals into small steps.  Focusing on these smalls steps makes it easier for you to achieve your goals.
  • From there, we’ll create an action plan that’s designed with your life in mind.
  • Through our coaching calls, I will help you to stay motivated and on track.
